We work 6 days a week from the office & our timings are 9.30 am to 6.00 pm.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The individual in this role would be responsible for developing our business by identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and building relationships with existing clients.
Position: Client Servicing & Business Development Executive
Job description:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and costs.
- Customize proposals based on client needs and objectives, highlighting the value of our products or services.
- Keep clients informed about project progress, milestones, and any changes to timelines or deliverables.
- Provide proactive updates and recommendations to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business goals.
Events will require work during evenings and weekends, so flexibility with work hours is often necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, IT fluency and should have an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Problem-solving mind-set, with the ability to resolve conflicts and address client concerns effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Data mining, calling, addressing the concerns, proactively reaching out to potential clients to promote our services.
- 1-2 years of professional work experience in stall designing, stall fabrication, tele-marketing etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize while on tight deadlines
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- The ability to work well in a fast paced event environment.
